I agree with much of what says.
The color and charm of are not in the technique, they in the underlying thought processes and hint at great natural talent
He used the phrase “a vivid portrait of the soul”. I like that and I too applaud artist.
Your work speaks and speaks loudly for itself.
As to advice on how to improve I need to know where you want to go.
Some general things:
As boring as it seems do some figure studies to get a better feel for how bodies look and feel.

Look at the stuff on lines. I think it will help you go in a direction you already seem to be going.

I want to caution you that I do not mean to be harsh, I see a great deal of talent in your work, but you could use some training.
I see… Well, first of all: thank you for guidebooks – while it’s positively unlikely for me to actually follow lead from something less structured than helpfile, I will try to scour given texts for any hints to put in use. Anatomy or not so much, yet fists drawing needs some help.
And yes, coloring definitely shall reign. Finally and actually snatching some tablet(PC) should considerably assist me with that matter, though.
